It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules a day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use during pregnancy. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat, light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

It is recommended to stop the treatment shortly before and during menstruation.

Bioflavonoids : they are plant polyphenols that are very common in nature and are part of the composition of various foods. They have an antioxidant action and protect capillaries and collagen. Excellent for the prevention of infections and allergies, they counteract cellular aging.
Coenzyme Q10 (or ubiquinol) : it is a molecule present throughout the body and particularly abundant in the heart, liver, kidneys and pancreas. Similar to a vitamin, it helps replenish cells with energy and appears to have a beneficial antioxidant action. It has vitaminizing effects, helps in stress management, supports digestive, liver and immune system health, acts as an antioxidant and helps protect against lipid oxidation and free radicals, prevents fatigue, supports energy production and stimulates physical and intellectual abilities.
Vitamin E : Vitamin E, or tocopherol, is the most widespread and common of vitamins and has antioxidant properties, fights free radicals and promotes cell renewal.
Red Vine : shrub with climbing stem, its leaves reach the highest content of active ingredients after the harvest, when they take on the characteristic red colour, from which the term "red vine" derives. Rich in polyphenols and bioflavonoids, it has antioxidant, vitaminizing and purifying properties.
Rosa Canina : it is a spontaneous plant belonging to the Rosaceae family. Widely used in herbal medicine and phytotherapy, it has immunomodulatory properties that regulate the body's immune response. It is an excellent anti-inflammatory, defends against the damaging action of free radicals, promotes collagen synthesis and the absorption of calcium and iron.
Polygonum : is a genus of Dicotyledonous Spermatophyte plants belonging to the Polygonaceae family, with the appearance of annual or perennial herbaceous plants with small flowers. Rich in tannins, it has anti-inflammatory, diuretic, astringent and remineralizing properties.
